Epithalon (also called Epithalamin) is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) derived from epithalamin, a natural peptide isolated from the pineal gland by Russian scientist Professor Vladimir Khavinson and his team in the 1980s.
