Hexarelin Spray delivery

Hexarelin is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP) that strongly stimulates GH secretion, even more potently than Ipamorelin or GHRP-6.

Like Ipamorelin, it can be administered intranasally, though its effectiveness depends on formulation and absorption.

• Hexarelin is a ghrelin mimetic, binding to the GHS-R1a receptor to trigger GH release.

• Unlike Ipamorelin, it has stronger GH-stimulating effects but may also slightly increase prolactin and cortisol (though less than GHRP-6).

• Effects are dose-dependent, with rapid GH spikes (peaking around 15-30 mins after dosing).
